Welcome to Rocket Media! These Terms of Service (“ToS”) explain the rules and guidelines that apply when you use our website or work with us. By engaging with Rocket Media’s services, you agree to these terms. If you have a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) with us, those terms take precedence for specific projects.

1. What We Do

Rocket Media specializes in digital marketing services, including:

SEO and reporting
Ad campaign management
Website design and development
Branding and logo creation
Business consulting and more

2. Your Responsibilities

To ensure we deliver the best results, here’s what we need from you:

Provide accurate and timely information.
Approve content, campaigns, and designs before they go live.
Make sure your materials comply with applicable laws and policies.

We’re here to support you, but we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices: We’ll issue invoices at the end of each billing period, as detailed in your Master Service Agreement.
Payment Deadlines: Payments must be made within the specified time (e.g., 15 or 30 days).
Late Fees: Payments made after the deadline may incur a late fee.

Full payment ensures ownership of your deliverables, like websites or branding materials.

4. Content Ownership

Until your account is settled in full:

Rocket Media retains ownership of all deliverables.
Once payment is complete, ownership transfers to you.
Websites will be under our ownership until 12 months which then ownership will be transferred to the client.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Whether it’s business strategies or creative work, we’ll keep your information secure and expect the same in return. Confidentiality terms are outlined further in your MSA.

6. Changes to Services or Terms

Rocket Media reserves the right to:

Modify our services to improve performance and efficiency.
Update these Terms of Service as needed.

We’ll notify you of major changes, but the latest version of these terms will always be available on our website.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Life happens—here’s what you need to know about cancellations:

You can cancel ongoing services with written notice.
Long-term projects, like website development, require a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations may incur fees.
Refunds are not available for services already rendered.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim for perfection, but Rocket Media isn’t responsible for:

Indirect or incidental damages.
Losses caused by third-party vendors, tools, or delays beyond our control.

Our liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the past six months.

9. Let’s Handle Disputes Professionally

If a disagreement arises:

We’ll first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.
If necessary, disputes will be handled in New Mexico courts under New Mexico law.

10. General Terms

Here are a few more things to know:

Non-Compete: Clients can’t directly hire Rocket Media employees without approval.
Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, outages, or other unforeseen events.
Entire Agreement: These terms, along with your MSA, represent our full agreement.
